A long, tiring, eventful, painful, oooppsss in simple terms a roller - coaster ride from Hyderabad to Riyadh.
If not for Hari, Ryan and Alok (not to forget Neha) , who proved the point that "yuhi cut jaathi hain safar saath chalne se. . . ", it would really would have been a nightmare reaching Riyadh.
After all if some one gives you such a good company for almost 24 hours and especially on such a topsy turvy journey, you dare forget them. . . . So jus wanted to acknowlege their company.
Ok, ok dont get frusto saying wht might have be so interesting about their company. The thing that made such a tiring journey a cool n relaxing one was their college frolics. ha haaa haaaa,
Any back benchers' college days are memorable and fun to listen, isn't it . . . .
I slept through the flight from hyderabad to doha. And in Doha we had a 6+ hours stop over,,, so with very little to do in that airport, except to move from one end to the other covering the 25 boarding gates and the duty free zone (I avoided the duty free zone as i can't carry the most catchy things - the bottles to Riyahd :( ) And Hari told what it was being back bencher in the college and how he along with alok n ryan had fun in their college days.
Jus as hari was telling about one dreadful event of their college days we realized we cannot board the Doha Riyadh flight as it was over booked. God, Hari hardly started on the dreadful event and here one happens live, am not sure was it mere co-incidence or ( as i could recollect from "The Alchemist" ) omens. Anyways a gulf tour was in store for us, now instead of taking a flight from doha to riyadh which would be like an hours travel, we had to go from Doha to Kuwait (1 hour+) and after 90 minutes need to catch a flight to Riyadh (1 hour odd).
But yes the dreadful incident Hari started was enough to keep us entertained (yeah though dreadful when they faced it now its something each of them can laugh). . . .
We ran around the Kuwait airport to collect the boarding passes and to ensure that our check in baggages also travlled it along with us in the same flight :)
Finally all settled and we could catch the flight to Riyadh, and Hari almost was done with the dreadful event. . . . .
And told what it took for him and his frens to be where he is today after being the back benchers.
Boss I forgot i was also a back bencher in my college days :)
And towards the end we enjoed few chips and shared the happy things thats followed success. . . .
And as in a movie style we landed safe and sound in Riyadh FINALLY :)
I know u might want to know all those incidents and share a smile. Who doesn't given a chance and time ofcourse :)
So go to a book store and grab a copy of "Five Point Someone" or may be ur best fren can gift u one :)
